Our support services are tailored to your needs. We find that we support all of our customers in different ways.
First and foremost, we are proactive. Wherever possible, our services are designed to ensure that issues don’t arise in the first place.
Our support agreements come with standard 8 hour response times, but whatever your business needs, we can customise a support pack that’s just right. If your business needs a quicker response time, we can make the necessary arrangements.
On a case by case basis, issues are logged via our ticketing system and following our assessment, we endeavour to solve the problem by remote access, telephone or onsite.
We have invested in an excellent remote support system. This allows our team to remotely connect, fix and deal with 95% of issues.
If that doesn’t work, we will always try and talk the end user through the issue over the phone, and finally, failing that you get to see one of our engineers. They’ll come out when it suits you and fix whatever the problem is, IT related of course!
